He was born (Hafiduallah) in the village of Subk Al Uhud – Ashmun Center – Munofiaa (Egypt) in 11/23/1955 M

Ash-Sheikh Raslan lives in an area called Munufiya, which is about 45 minutes from Cairo.
Shaikh Muhammad Sa’eed Raslan is known for salafiah.He has openly refuted Ikhwan as well as Sayyid Qutb and their methodology over and over, in many of his books and talks, that are available on his website; some of which are posted on Sahab which Shaikh Rabee’ himself posts on.He did a bok on refutation of Sayyid Qutb and his methodology:

Ash-Sheikh Falah mentioned: “..I advise with studying with Raslan, benefiting from him, and listening to him, and indeed I’ve found him to be keen on the sunnah and As-Salafiyah.”

He received (Hafiduallah) theBachelor of Medicine, Bachelor Degree in Surgery (surgeon)
from the University of Al Azhar
And a Bachelor in Arabic Language Department of Islamic Studies Division
And a master’s degree in modern science – Hadith Grading as excellent with highest honors in the search in
“Authenticating Narrations of the Muhaditheen” “ضوابط الرواية عند المُحدِّثين”
And a Ph.D. – world certification in hadith – with highest honors in the search for
“The authors of the Six Books ” “الرواة المُبدَّعون من رجال الكتب الستة”
And with him (may Allah protect him) Ijazzaah in isnaad of forty hadith back to the Prophet Mohamed, (Peace be Upon Him) and these Hadith’s are named the
“Forty Beldaneyah” “الأربعين البُلدَانِيَّة”
And has been influenced by a range of virility Scholars and their investigators, and cease their impact, including: Shaykh al-Islam, Abu al-Abbas Ahmad Ibn Taymiyyah and his student , Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Al Qayyim Al Jawaziyya.
